BEFORE YOU SAY YES

The questions everyone asks first.

Everything women usually want to know before their first Wild N Well experience. If yours isn’t answered here, just ask.

What exactly is Wild N Well?

Wild N Well curates experiences for women who want life to feel a little bigger. There are three ways in: creative Workshops close to home, intimate curated Socials, and immersive destination Retreats. Each one is fully thought through so you can stop planning and simply show up.

I’m thinking of coming alone. Is that normal?

Completely normal, and genuinely welcomed. Most women arrive solo. Every experience is designed so conversation starts easily, nobody is left hovering at the edge of the room, and you leave knowing a few remarkable people you didn’t know before.

Do I need to be creative or experienced to join a workshop?

Not at all. Workshops are beginner-friendly by design. You’ll be guided through every step, with a sparkling drink in hand and no pressure to produce anything perfect. Curiosity is the only requirement.

What’s the difference between a Workshop, a Social and a Retreat?

A Workshop is an easy first yes: one beautiful creative experience over 1.5 to 2 hours. A Social is a more layered, intimate gathering of a few hours, with elevated food, drink and a couple of unexpected turns. A Retreat is four to five nights somewhere wild, shaped by local culture, adventure, creativity and remarkable food.

How do I book a workshop?

Head to the Workshops page and reserve your spot. Space is intentionally small, so when a date speaks to you, it’s best to say yes early. Booking details and policies are listed with each offering.

How do retreat reservations work?

Retreats begin with a registration request rather than instant checkout. Tell us a little about yourself through the retreat registration form, and we’ll follow up personally with dates, pricing and next steps as they’re confirmed.

Can I book a private experience for my group?

Yes. Private Socials and curated gatherings for small groups begin with a simple inquiry. Tell us what you’re dreaming up through the inquiry page and we’ll shape something together.

Where do experiences take place?

Local Workshops and Socials are rooted in McCall, Idaho, with the possibility of Boise on the horizon. Retreats travel further; the next one returns to Sitka, Alaska in August 2027.

What is the Wild List?

The Wild List is the first place new workshop dates, Socials and retreat openings are announced. Joining costs nothing and means you’ll never hear about something wonderful after it’s full.

Is this a wellness retreat thing?

Not in the way you might be picturing. There’s no forced vulnerability, no perfectionism and no preachiness. Wild N Well sells genuinely good experiences, and if they quietly change how you feel and live, that growth arrives through the side door.
